At Box IP Pty Ltd, we take pride in providing high-quality shipping containers that meet the needs of our customers. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.
30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your container was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the container must meet the following conditions:
- The container must be in the same condition as when it was delivered
- The container must not have been modified, altered, or damaged
- The container must be free from additional dents, structural changes, or heavy wear
- The container must still be located in a safe and accessible location for collection
Inspection Requirement
All returned containers will be inspected by our team before a refund is approved. If the container shows signs of damage, misuse, modification, or structural changes after delivery, the return request may be declined or subject to a partial refund.
Return Shipping
Due to the size and transportation requirements of shipping containers:
- Customers are responsible for return transportation costs
- Collection fees will depend on distance, accessibility, and equipment required
- Our team can assist in arranging pickup and transport services
The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once the returned container has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time typically takes 10 business days
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not qualify for returns, including:
- Custom-modified containers
- Containers that have been painted, cut, welded, or structurally altered
- Containers damaged due to improper use or relocation by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your container arrives damaged or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
