Shipping & Delivery
Box IP Pty Ltd ships to customers throughout Australia.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery occurring within 3–5 business days for deliveries within Australia.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to product availability, weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is accessible.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in substantially the same condition as when it was received.
- The item must not have been altered, modified, or intentionally damaged after delivery.
- All original accessories, manuals, and included components should accompany the return where applicable.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
- Customers must contact our Customer Support Team before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team and provide:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the reason for the return.
- Photographs of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions for completing the return process.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated based on the original purchase price of the product.
This fee helps cover the costs associated with product inspection, handling, repackaging, and inventory processing.
The restocking fee will generally not apply if:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The return is required due to an error made by Box IP Pty Ltd.
Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount and clearly communicated during the return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the product and any visible damage.
After reviewing the information, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
- An order is cancelled before shipment.
- An incorrect item was supplied.
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- A return request is approved in accordance with this policy.
Approved refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Once a return or cancellation has been approved and, where applicable, the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds are reflected in your account.
If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount before the refund is issued.
Situations Where Refunds May Not Be Available
Refunds or returns may not be approved if:
- The item has been used beyond reasonable inspection.
- The product has been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- The return request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- Significant parts or accessories originally included with the product are missing.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer results in delivery issues.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
