Box IP Pty Ltd currently ships to addresses throughout Australia.

We can arrange delivery to both residential and commercial locations, provided the delivery site offers suitable access for the vehicle and equipment required to complete the shipment.

For deliveries to remote or regional areas, additional transit time or shipping charges may apply. If special arrangements are required, our team will contact you before dispatch.

2. Order Processing

After your order is placed, it enters our processing and verification stage to ensure everything is accurate before shipment.

Typical processing times are:

  • Special order or custom products: Processing times may vary depending on availability and specifications.

During this stage, we may:

Orders are dispatched only after the processing stage has been completed.

12. Expedited Shipping

For customers who require faster delivery, Box IP Pty Ltd offers an Expedited Shipping Service for an additional fee of $500 AUD per order.

Expedited Shipping Details

  • Additional Cost: $500 AUD
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.
  • Expedited shipping is subject to product availability and carrier capacity.
  • Not all products or delivery locations may qualify for expedited service.

If expedited shipping is available for your order, the option will be presented during checkout or can be arranged by contacting our Customer Support Team before your order is processed.

Please note that while we work closely with our shipping partners to meet expedited delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery times.

The expedited shipping fee is a service charge for priority handling and transportation and is generally non-refundable once your order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable law.
